📌 Project Overview

ServiceEdgePro is hiring native or fluent speakers of Greek, Norwegian, and Danish for a remote freelance audio annotation project. This role involves listening to conversational audio recordings and performing detailed linguistic annotation tasks based on strict quality guidelines.

🎯 Languages Required

  • Greek 
  • Danish 
  • Norwegian

🛠️ Responsibilities

  • Segment audio files into valid sentence units (max 8 seconds)

  • Judge the validity of each segment based on:

    Background noise
  • Overlapping speakers
  • Non-target language or unclear speech
  • Sensitive/personal content

  • Tag and label segments with:

    Speaker identity & gender
  • Noise labels (e.g., [N], [IVS], [PIL], etc.)
  • Overlap and interruption markers
  • Transcribe speech content exactly as heard, following language-specific conventions
  • Maintain 98%+ transcription accuracy

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Native or near-native fluency in Greek, Norwegian, or Danish
  • Prior experience in audio transcription or annotation is preferred
  • Familiarity with linguistic tagging tools and audio segmentation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines
  • Own a computer/laptop and stable internet connection
